What a pleasurable first week that I have had coaching with Cas Storm and all involved! I would like to say thank you all again for having myself and our team coach the amazing stormers! I know most parents have been asking about payments etc, you will find some information below!

Just a little bit of administrative duties here!

Please know that I have been keeping attendance on all swimmers whom have swam in the last week and will continue to do this moving forward.

Over the next couple of weeks I will be sending out / handing out parent/swimmer information that I would like and need to know about swimmers.

When does this term end?
With country championships fast approaching, squad sessions will be running up until Country championships which starts on the 1st of October. There will be a week break from training following country championships and sessions will resume on Monday the 10th of October.

How do I pay my squad fees for this term?
From the time of taking over being head coach until the end of the term, there are 5 weeks of training. Fees for this term have and will remain the same.
Over the 5 week schedule:
Mini and Bronze = $25 a week ($125 for the 5 x weeks)
Silver and Gold = $30 a week ($150 for the 5 x weeks).
The option for the 10 x swim pass still remains the same: $70 for 10 x sessions.
Please note that only 1 × 10 swim pass can be purchased at a time for each swimmer.
A blanket invoice for these 5 x weeks can be found attached.

What is happening moving forward?
Change in fee structure
With the new changes at Cas, we have decided to allow for the divide in squads to become more apparent regarding session times and coaching fees. Times of the sessions starting will NOT change. The below will be the coaching fee schedule and session time outline per 4 x week schedule.
Mini Bronze Silver Gold
45 Min. 1 Hour 1.5 – 1.75 Hour 2 Hour
100. 110 120 130
There will also be a change to the 10 x session pass prices moving into term 4. This is due to the difference in training time that each swimmer gets in the water.
10 x session for Mini / Bronze = $75
10 x Session for Silver / Gold = $90

Again, please note that only 1 × 10 swim pass can be purchased at a time for each swimmer.

Moving into term 4, we will be utilising a new software that will allow for coaching fees to be automatically paid for upfront on a per week monthly basis.
More information on this software will be sent out coming closer to term 4.

What is happening with Casuarina pool and where will sessions be term 4?
We do not know what sessions will look like in October and term 4, but we will let you know about the plan as soon as we are made aware.
As all are aware, the club has guaranteed lane space at Parap Pool and also the Royal Darwin Hospital Pool.

I cannot wait to continue growing the Casuarina Storm squad and we are excited for the further opportunities we can bring your swimmers.
