Hi all. The term 3 training schedule can be seen attached, or can be seen on the training schedule part of team app as of 2:30pm today.

I am sorry for the lateness of this. I must also state that I am very happy to see some new faces around pool deck, if anyone sees any of our new members, please welcome them with open arms as I know you will!

Please note that not every Thursday I will be coaching, but either Jac or Elisha will be stepping in. This has become a day I need to have with family but I will be setting all sessions etc and have full faith in their knowledge and understanding.
