To start with, All squads will be training from 3- 4 pm today (after the clinic at Parap Pool ceases)
Each squad will have a different focus for the day. If those seniors that are competing this weekend would like to use any backstroke wedges, this afternoon is the session to do so.
Please note that training may not start until 3:15pm if the JX clinic prior runs overtime. I will be helping swimming NT run this so our training will start after. I will ensure that 1 hour of time with myself occurs.

On another note, the Country Championships program is now out! You can access it by the country swimming champs website, or attached to this post. I have attached an already annotated program by myself with goal times and all Cas Swimmers Highlighted and also the original program. Please use this as necessary. Thank you to Grace yesterday for helping me Highlight my PDF version!

Please make note of what time your swimmer is swimming their races. If you do have a race 2 hours into the program, you are not required to warm up at the start of the warm up time. However, you MUST be at the pool 15 minutes prior to the competition start time.
I would like for all swimmers to be there for the warm up on Saturday AM at 7:15am so that we can all prepare together for the first session and start our team chants.
If you do not have any swimmers attending this meet, please keep updated on team app with the country champs chat. All swimmers that make a final will be put into the chat for all to see and to know to come and watch the fun!
it is gearing up to be an amazing weekend. These last 2 days worth of sessions have showed me that we are in for a MASSIVE WEEKEND with a LOT OF PB’s! I cannot wait!

If you are a swimmer doing any of the clinics or sessions today, good luck. I will be in attendance at the JX clinic at Parap Pool, but I cannot guarantee being at the older swimmers session later this afternoon due to my health.

I will see you all poolside either today or tomorrow.
