The long awaited message that everyone has been waiting for, TERM 4 Squad times will not be changing!!!!!

I am so very pleased to announce that our squads will remain the same time (with the exception of 5 x mins for juniors to allow more time to get to the pool). Please make sure that you check teamapp for updates and the training schedule. I look forward to seeing as many swimmers as possible in the morning at Nightcliff pool for silver and gold.

Last terms worth of training has really shown off in the competition pool over the country championship period. I am really looking ahead into the next season with a large certainty of improvement for all swimmers!
This however does fall down to one thing; consistency of training.
Consistency of training refers to the amount of times you attend training, and also the effort output that swimmers have when they are at training. A team of hard working swimmers working together to push themselves and others is what will push us forward and continue this strong growth in the pool.

We have had some outstanding swims over the past year, and it is great to continue to see the club grow. It’s exciting to see our junior swimmers starting to move up the ranks into their new squads and other swimmers taking their spaces as being mew leadership swimmers for the lane and the rest of the club.

Please ensure that your swimmers do have the correct equipment. If a swimmer comes to training and does not have a pair of goggles, we do have 1 or 2 spares, however no goggles will result in no swimming for that day. This is a safety issue for the coach, for that swimmer and the other swimmers in that lane. All swimmers will need;
- Goggles
- Kick Board
- Fins
- Pull Buoy

Silver and gold swimmers will also need the addition of
- paddles (we have some spares, with hopes of others to come)
- Centre Line Snorkels (only if you already have one, please refrain from purchasing at this stage) .

We do have a couple of club nights this term, these will be added to the meet calendar at a later date.
